Planning and Evaluation Form (PDPEF) explained
The International Interchange Committee (IIC) has closely worked with CISV's Educational Officer at IO to prepare the new Programme Director's Planning and Evaluation Form (PDPEF) for you. The form is available online from here. Interchange leaders and LICs are asked to use the form from 2008 on. The download package contains guidance notes which help to understand how to use the form. IIC likes to give additional information on Goals and Indicators on this page. If you have further questions, you can drop an e-mail to iic.evaluation@cisv.org. We further have set up a Forum on Friends to discuss using the new form.

Documents of the download package
The document Programme Director’s Planning and Evaluation Form (PDPEF) contains the form itself. Sections need to be filled with information from before the interchange, form the beginning of and during hosting, as well as at the end of the Interchange. One PDPEF has to be filled for each hosting phase of the Interchange. The LIC of the hosting country is responsible for filling it. The form has to be sent to IO within two weeks after the end of hosting the program.
The document Individual Evaluation Form should be used by the leaders to evaluate every single delegate. It is recommended that the group of Interchange leaders meet from time to time during the interchange hosting phases and summarize the observations on each delegate in this form. The results of each Individual Evaluation Form is combined and put into the PDPEF in an anonymised form. The PDPEF does not contain the name of the delegate, instead ‘F1’ and ‘M1’ are used to describe one female (F) and one male (M) delegate. Two result tables exist in PDPEF, one for each delegation.
This document contains the Guidance Notes for PDPEF. It explains the purpose of evaluations, and then describes the Form (PDPEF) in detail. The last page contains details on goals and indicators of the Interchange programme.
The document Programme Director’s /LIC Job Profile outlines the main areas of responsibility and tasks that need to be done or delegated by the Programme Director/LIC to ensure a successful programme.
