Methodology:

I will use a beamer an have a presentation for each topic. Each day we will have a breakout session, where the participants are asked to work together in a group on one topic of the day. Afterwards one ore two groups are asked to present their results.

Strategic plans for IIC starts with a brainstorming on the needs for IC and future development.

Material needed:

I definitely need a beamer. I also like to have a flipchart. For the group work we probably need some big papers, eg. flipchart paper, and markers.

Preparation of the participants:

I assume that every participant knows the General Guide of CISV. The participants are asked to bring a copy of the IIC Guide.

Audience:

The workshop is addressed to all people who currently or in future hold a position in the IC programme: NIC, LIC, Tutor/DC, Leadertrainers, Leaders/JL and others with additional interest in the administration of an IC.
