Workshop-Tutorials for NIC and LIC
Since IBM 2000 in Austria IIC members have conducted several workshops for NIC and LIC. IIC's mission is to strengthen the Interchange Programme in all National Associations of CISV by having well trained Administrators of the Interchange Programme in every Chapter and every Country. All those workshops were following an almost a similar agenda and had a quite similar content. As part of the best practices in Interchanges, IIC publishes the latest version of the workshop templates below. They might be used and adapted by NICs training the LICs in their respective country. Further IIC is willing to hold a workshop in your country. Beginning in 2007, ODC set up a schedule of Regional Workshops. IIC is going to offer Interchange training as part of the regional training.
- Asia-Pacific: every 3 years, starting in 2006 with a workshop in Manila, Philippines.
- Europe: every year, starting in 2007 with a workshop in Hamburg, Germany.
- Americas: every 3 years, starting in 2008 with a workshop in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Be careful, the target group of such a workshop is not the new Interchange leader, but people who currently or in future hold a position in the IC programme: NIC, LIC, Tutor/DC, Leader-trainers, Leaders/JL and others with additional interest in the administration of an IC. Parents who think of supporting CISV in future years are welcome.
