  • Over ten years professional experience in the field of Human Resource Development. Specializing in the development of training programs for governmental and non-governmental organizations in the Philippines and the Asia Pacific Region.

  • Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Post Graduate Degree in Organizational Development with continuing education in the areas of Adult Learning, Training Management, Training Needs Analysis, and Curriculum Design.

Jane Van Fleet, USA, Alternate Chair

  • Nearly ten years experience as Vice President of The Van Fleet Group, Inc., a communications consulting company.

  • Responsible for annual Leadership Training for nearly 200 USA program leaders, staff, Junior Counselors, and National leadership team member organizing and implementing Training Workshops in 6 different locations across the US.

Bjørn Samming, Denmark 

  • Bachelor degree in Childhood Education, currently working as a youth counselor in an after-school programme for teenagers; Nearly 7 years experience developing leadership and facilitation skills for CISV Juniors at a National and regional level; former coordinator of training in CISV Denmark for all program leaders, Staff, JCs and experience conducting Train the Trainer workshops for 70 trainers in seven different National Associations. Arno Mittelbach, Germany 

  • I  finished my Bachelor degree in computer science and I am now working in Oxford.

  • Six years experience as a national trainer.

Marco Lorusso, Italy

  • Currently completing a university degree in Pharmacy, in the Italian National University.

  • Several CISV activities, as a participant, leader and staff. Years of experience in Italy's training program and participation in international workshop for developing trainers. Current chapter president (Florence) and national coordinator of the Italian training program.

 

Joao de Moraes, Brazil

  • Completing a graduation in Law, in the National Law School, of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Member of the national training committee, has been responsible for many trainings for juniors in Brazil, and took part in large amount of CISV programs.

Tiago Basto (Soneca), Brazil

  • I’m in CISV since 2002. I wans’t a CISV kid, but I learned how to love it and start to work. Now, I’m in the end of my terms as NJR. In my normal life I’m a lawyer.

Manuel Melsa (Manu), Germany

  • My second life started in 2003 when I participated in my first program. Now, after almost 8 years of studying educational science and 5 years of CISVing (Village, IC, SC, NLTC, LIC, TTT etc.) I realized, that leadership is definitely the key to success. Tadaa – here I am. Nice to meet you!

Hussein Buckley (Bux), Egypt

  • I’ve been in CISV since 1991, participated in several programs, regional meetings and workshops. I was JB president for 4 years., vice president of CISV Egypt for 3 years and have been involved in local trainings since 2004 and attended TTT in Lisbon ‘08.

Jose Bassila, Guatemala

  • I’ve been in CISV since 2003, I went to Summer Camp in Australia, I was a JC in Sweden and a Seminar Camp in Sweden. I was elected NJR and CISV Guatemala board member in April. I’m studying Law School and super excited about working with ILTC.

Mónica Berrocal, Costa Rica

  • I’ve been involved in CISV for 2 years as a leader and as a trainer. I also participated in the 2008 TTT in Brazil.
