How to request for Training

ILTC wish to provide the training needed for all NAs and PAs, whether a training structure exists and is regularly enhanced, or you are just now starting to set up a structure that will ensure leaders, staffs, JCs and other positions of leadership are prepared and trained in skills needed to be able to perform in their position.

ILTC encourages all NAs and PAs to be in contact with ILTC through their liaison contacts, and start communicate when the need of training is identified.

To request a training to take place in your NA, PA or region, you should simply write an email to leadertraining.list@cisv.org, and the committee will, allocate a person to start talking about the need of the training, and the possibility of ILTC to provide what is needed.

It terms of financial support, ILTC have their budget approved at the AIM in August, so if you request a training for the coming year, ILTC need to know about this no later then July 15th.

Larger NAs are encouraged to prioritize training, and allocate a budget to have accredited ILTC trainers give training to your NA and your Buddy country. This can be feasible for your NA in case you have a large number of trainers, as the cost of sending all your national trainers to a regional workshop, most likely will be higher then have someone come to your NA.

ILTC recommend that training is conducted by two accredited trainers.
