Welcome to the website for all the official Train The Trainer (TTT) Workshops offered by CISV International’s Leadership Training Committee and the International Pool of Trainers. This site is designed to provide you with resources and information on the TTT Workshops and the official International Pool of Trainers.

The Training The Trainers Workshop will give the participants a new perspective by providing training using an Experiential Learning approach in training methodologies.  There will be a practicum session wherein the participants will be able to apply the learning gained from some of the sessions.  In this Workshop, participants will be able to acquire the following:
•    Understanding the Learning Process
•    Training Management Cycle
•    Basic Facilitation Skills and Oral Presentation Skills
•    Designing a Training Program and Session Guide
What is unique about this new TTT Workshop is that Peace Education is integrated and embedded in all the discussions and activities. Since all our facilitators are also CISV leaders in different capacities, they will be able to relay a deeper understanding of CISV’s Educational Philosophy to all participants. 
 
The TTT Workshop is designed for four (4) full days.  Traveling participants are expected to arrive at the training site venue the day before the Workshop.  Participants should check transport times to the airport and ending times in the training schedule for their TTT before booking any tickets as fulltime attendance is expected of each trainee.     Only participants who will be able to attend ALL sessions fulltime will be issued a CERTIFICATE of completion.
 
 
Who Should Attend:
 
The Training The Trainers Workshop is intended for people providing training in CISV at any level. Whether participants train at the National or local level, if they would like to enhance their training competencies (knowledge, skills, and attitudes) they are welcome to apply.  At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will be able to conduct training for both organizational and programme leaders.  Trainers from International Programme Committees are also encouraged to attend this Workshop.
