Q: Why does it sometimes take time for my reimbursement to be processed?
A: According to Info File C-09, any reimbursement request must be sent for approval. Sometimes, this process can take a little while, especially if staff or volunteers are away. In addition, bank transfers can also take time. Please allow 30 days for processing.

Q: Does the IO have extra copies of new and old publications available?
A: It will depend in stocks. If we have some, we will be happy to send you extras, though there may be a charge for postage. Please remember that many of our publications are available on http://resources.cisv.org You can download and print them.
