Documents

It may seem a little difficult, because our documents are spread around different websites, but I'll try to explain, where you can find which document:

THE IPP GUIDE

As all other CISV programmes also IPP has a guidebook that contains all important data, rules, procedures, hints, calendars, etc., people need, to conduct, organize or take part in an IPP. We are constantly improving the guide, so please make sure you are working with the most up-to-date version, by checking the content page.

You can download the guide from the CISV resources website.

THE IPP Book

July 2008. Finally the IPP Book is ready. Thanks to all the persons that made it real.

FORMS

In CISV there are a lot of forms and IPP is no exception. We have provided an extra chapter in the IPP guide to help you out. In general, all forms are available from CISVs new central download page:

resources.cisv.org

Here's a list of links to all necessary forms:

  • Health Form: HF
  • Legal Form: ALIF (age 21+) or TWAL (age<21)
  • Staff/Leader Application form: SLAF
  • Reference form: RF
  • IPP Project Proposal Form: IPP Planning Form  (take a look at a completed example)
  • PreCamp1 form: PC1
  • Incident report form: IRF
  • Programme Directors Planning and Evaluation Form: PDPEF
  • IPP Application Form: IPPA2000 (Not mandatory, but helpful)

The IPP guide tells you which form you will need, depending on whether you are participant, staff or NIPPC, and who to send them to.

EVALUATION FORMS

With the major changes in CISV International's evaluations that are ongoing, we are currently working on our new evaluation format. More information will be upcoming. If in doubt, please contact your project coordinator.

Reports, Proposals, Precamps, Evaluations

Documents from past IPP can be found on the project pages. Just click on the respective project on the left, and scroll down for documents. This is especially useful if you want to plan your own IPP, and want to learn from past IPPs, especially ones that were similar to what you are planning.

Articles

Here's a bunch of articles that were written about various IPP by various people over the years. Please also check the stories page for personal experiences.
