On the second day of AIM early morning I met up with Jeff for breakfast & we got into talking about his experience in Villages

When did you Join CISV?
1971 village participant

How did CISV Effect your Life?
it taught me leadership skills & working with kids helped shape what his life is today

What is it that keeps you going in this organization?
Feeling that after all what CISV has done for me, I am still in a position to give back. and try to make a difference in the children's lives.

what would you like to change about Village?
To have more prepared Leaders that can help give a stronger impact in the kids experience, also having kids there that need the change & help. more than having just perfect kids.

your favorite thing about Village?
The Kids seeing them grow through out the Village & how much they change. also seeing them communicate in spite of language barriers

nicest memory in a village you've been to?
In a village he did in Vancouver, they had a radio station host, that came out & interviewed the kids. It was done in such a nice way that a week after it aired they received a package from a non cisver that heared it & was very impressed with what the kids had to say & express about their experience that she sent them a package that had hand made little candles for all of them & a very touching note with it.
