Meet the Village People
Hi. I’m Carolyn from the USA. I have been on the IVC since 2006. I am very excited to be working with the Village committee during this changing time. I have participated in seven villages and still love keeping in touch with many of the leaders, JCs, and delegates from each one. Back in the USA, I am the National Village chairperson and am also one of the CISV USA National Leadership Trainers. I enjoy helping to prepare leaders and JCs for their upcoming CISV adventures. Send me a note and let’s talk Village
Hello,
I’m Noam from Israel. I first joined to IVC in 2004. I started as a junior and I'm now the IVC chair. My first CISV experience, and the most meaningful one, was a leader in a Village and I’m in love with the village program since then. I am super excited about the energy and the changing we are going thru in our committee. Outside CISV I work in training development.
I enjoy working with the Village people and I’m waiting to see how we can make it better.
Hello,

I have filled several position in CISV like: Leader, Staff, Camp Director, National JB President, National Board member, ILTC Member & Trustee. I also coordinate Leadership trainings in my NA. As for Life outside CISV, I run a company that works in Exporting Agricultural products. I am very happy to be part of this committee at the moment.
Ciao!
My name is Elisa and I joined the International Village Committee last year at AIM 2008 in Florence-Italy. In the Committee I am a Village Trainer. Training and Educational Content of the activities is my main interest when it comes to CISV. I am the National Village Chair of CISV Italy and I have been a CISVer since I was 11 when I went to the village in Florence in 1997. So far I have been to 5 villages: I love this programme and I am always eager to try the other 6 and see how Village can be ‘up to date’ ☺
In my life I study International Relations and Diplomacy and I focus on mobility and learning opportunities for youth in Europe. I love traveling, creativity and…teddy bears.
Hi, this is Luca.
I live in Rome and I guess I will always live there… I joined CISV in 1982, few months after Italy won its third football world championship in Spain. At that age I was 16 and I joined JB Italy, becoming NJR for two years at Brazil and Sweden’s IBMs, in 1988 and 1989. CISV became a great part of my life.
After a 9 years break (from 1993) I rejoined CISV at a local, national and international level. It’s a passion that will never heal!
In my real life I change job on a more frequent basis than I change my socks, but at the moment I adapt scripts for dubbing. Villages to me are pure energy, love for life, creativity... something I won't never be tired of.

Hi everyone! i'm Erin from canada. i participated as a delegate in a village in Sweden '94, and since then i have been in love with the programme. i am really excited about the new developments in the IVC and in the programme itself - it is wonderful to work with such an energetic and dynamic group of cisvers like the IVC. i have been working on the IVC since 2007, mostly involved with educational development, evaluation and training.
