Why?
CISVers around the world do a lot of good volunteer work at the National or Chapter levels with surprising outcomes. The challenges that one Chapter may be facing in Asia-Pacific may be similar to the challenges of a Chapter in Europe. Sharing our experiences, problem solving ideas may be really helpful to others.
What?
A collection of good advices, smart ideas, success stories, funny activities that are examples of Best Practices that have worked in an NA or Chapter and you want to share with others. Do you know what a "thank you person" is? Do you know of a good way to involve parents in your Chapter? The possibilities are infinite...
How?
Send us your story in any format you want - a video (max. 2 minutes), a power point presentation, a text, a picture with a text, a podcast - to rdt.best.practice@cisv.org. The Resources Development Training Committee (RDT) review it and then contact you before we publish it on this site.
Building a database
We already have a few good examples of what we want to build the data base with. Once the database grows we will create more content areas and also a most seen and lately updated sections. If you are here for the first time tell one fellow CISV member about it! This is an exciting project where we all can participate.
