What does ODD do?
The Organizational Development Department is made up by the Resources Development Training Committee (RDT), the Growth Promotion Sustainability Committee (GPS) and the Administration Officer at the International Office. The purpose of ODD is to build organizational capacity in order to enable sustainable growth. The department is active in the areas of:
