National Association - How to Host

A National Association offers to host a Seminar Camp one year in advance, or exceptionally, a NA can offer a Camp 2 years in advance (e.g. if there are problems booking a site later) at the Annual International Meeting. This offer MUST be in the National Report which is submitted every year by June 1st.

When a NA offers to host a programme, they should have:

  1. A site ready for booking.

  2. Monitor the availability of people willing to work for their camp (local chapter).

  3. The finance of the camp guaranteed.

  4. Potential Home Staff.

Potential Home Staff must be appointed by the NA within the due dates; specifically by December 1st. All staff (including Home Staff) must be approved by the Seminar Camp Committee.

If you have further questions contact your SCC NA Liaison (check here who is your Liaison), the Seminar Camp Committee at seminarcamp@cisv.org or the International Office at international@cisv.org
