This site provides an overview of CISV’s Strategic Plan, how it was developed and progress achieved. It is also a forum to share success stories and challenges in our strategic planning initiatives, provide information and resources to help NAs and Committees communicate the Plan and achieve the goals.

The most recent SP was a five-year plan, with five priority areas. It began in 2004 and came to an end in Dec 2009.

Approved at the 2009 Annual International Meeting, the next SP is a three-year plan with three priority areas. Launched in Jan 2010, it will run through the end of 2012.
