National Coordinators
The NYMC is the person that makes sure that any information about IYM gets to each NA/PA and our contact when a country is hosting and/or sending.The Role of a National YM contact/coordinator is:
- To fill in (in cooperation with the National Secretary) the Youth Meetings part in the NRF form (due June 1st)
- To cooperate with the National Secretary for sending invitation acceptances/refusals to IO by the relevant deadlines (this may be done via the NA Secretary)
- To inform the local chapters and interested individuals with relevant information
- To coordinate the hosting of all the Youth Meetings within the country.
- To be responsible for the promotion, selection, orientation and training of their Youth Meeting delegations / participants / leaders / staff
